Delivery
Orders are shipped on working days within 72 hours of placing the order.
Prepaid orders are shipped after payment is received and cleared .
Shipping times may be longer for orders containing:
- Products residing in various warehouses
- Products of large volumes or weights.
We send the ordered products in a single shipment and the delivery times depend on the products in the cart. In the case of products that are in different warehouses, the shipping times of the order are extended. We will inform you of this as soon as you have added the products to the cart.
In exceptional situations the delivery times indicated above may be extended. Our Customer Service will inform you of any change of date as soon as possible.
