Complaints
Sky Dominator is responsible for product non-conformity if the issue existed at the time of delivery and is reported within 48 hours .
If a product doesn’t conform to the Sales Contract within this period, the consumer can request a repair or replacement, as outlined by consumer law. However, if repair or replacement is impossible or costly, Sky Dominator may offer one or the other or refuse if both options are not feasible.
Sky Dominator is not liable for defects caused by intentional misuse or negligence.

Please try to include as many relevant details as possible in your mail : reason for the complaint, date of damage/detection of the defect and desired solution for the complaint (refund, replacement of the product with a new one or repair). Attach photos of the product in which the defect is visible to the form.

Your complaint should be processed within 14 calendar days. Our team will do their best to shorten the time to respond to your complaint request. The more information you provide in the form, the easier it will be for us to evaluate your complaint.
